I’m doing some work on a grant as a minor piece of it and my part is to write a case study about what historians would want to know who are studying the spread of Yellow Fever. Well, not actually the spread of the Fever but the spread of the people fleeing the fever. I’m interested in the social and economic affects of Yellow Fever between 1793 and 1850. Want to know more about Yellow Fever? Check out Molly Caldwell Crosby’s book “The American Plague.”
