I had to take my daughter to Hastings today so she could return a game she’d rented. That’s always a good excuse for me to peruse the magazines, especially the artsy, gardening, cooking, writing stuff.
La Vie Claire jumped out at me. I’ve seen it once before–and bought it then, too. It’s filled with gorgeous pictures, inspirational quotes, and lots of good ideas. Are you familiar with it?
This quarter is focused on the sea and includes details about women who make a living by or because of the sea–from the gal who runs a sailing school to the artist who collects “stuff” on the beach and then paints them into brilliant pictures and children’s book illustrations. My daughter was amazed by the woman who builds giant sand sculptures.
If you’re in need of inspiration, pick up this quarter’s La Vie Claire magazine.
